We are experts in getting your property debris free. Since City-Wide owns a recycling center we have the opportunity to save your company money by not charging by the amount of debris you have. We follow all FHA and city ordinances while at the property. We also have only uniformed personnel at the property. We will go to the property and give you a bid to clean-out the home and remove debris. We remove all debris and haul the items away from the property leaving nothing behind. We will have all debris removed within 48 hours of notice. We take the items to our recycling center where we recycle up to 90% of what we take.

If needed we will also hold the personal items up to 30 days in our storage units to help the owners get their items back. This also helps when you need the house cleaned out but the owners want their stuff back. We charge the owners $75.00 for 30 days, during which time they may come and retrieve their items.

**Only uniformed Personnel will be allowed on Property during clean-up.

After we get the home debris free we start our cleaning process, all cleaning  is done with professional cleaner and equipment.
Before, during & after photos are given after each job, we take a minimum of 80 photos all which are re-sized, zipped & emailed to you.
